Zaojun, smart secretary manages your work in office and home
Naresh Chauhan | Oct 7 2009

People often wish for an assistant who relentlessly manages their work not only in the office but also at home, and that too without being getting tired. The brainchild of French designer Aurelien Dogbeh, the “Zaojun” is a smart secretary that allows you to control your applications remotely, manage your mail, receive phone calls and find a good restaurant after a hard journey, through its wireless connections. You may turn it on by rubbing the tactile surface. The receiver of Zaojun, which includes a Kevlar membrane that doubles as transmitter, allows you to answer your calls or listen to the music. The receptor and the tablet recharge by putting them on their respective surfaces.

Featuring a logo inspired by Chinese ideograms (meaning happiness), which expresses ideas more than words; the Zaojun can be programmed to achieve any specific task at a specific time. Apart from recording the personal messages to send them anytime, users can also program home appliances even when they are away from home, thanks to its tactile tablet. The Zaojun comes wrapped in an ecological package, made of linen, to promote a sustainable lifestyle.
