Xcite Bike takes biking to the extreme
Naresh Chauhan | Apr 25 2009

Every day we cover some of the most interesting and unique auto designs here at the TheDesignBlog, but the Xcite Bike is perhaps the most unique vehicle I have covered oflate. Powered by 49cc engine, the All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) moving on 10″ (rim) and 14″ (overall) wheels can reach the top speed of 30MPH. Capable of carrying maximum load of 120 kg, the 26kg Xcite Bike comes with a tuned aluminum exhaust with stainless steel frame, disk brakes and a fully adjustable carburetor. Balancing like a skateboard, the rider has to place his feet inside the either wheel hub, while steering the bike with a hand-operated throttle. Riding an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) is no less than a thrill, but the Xcite Bike takes it to the extreme.
