Instead of hounding you with annoying beeps it wakes you up with aroma of perfectly done bacon. Matty Sallin, Daniel Bartolini, and Hsiao-huh Hsu have created this foodie’s delight. The user is called upon to place a strip of frozen bacon in the Wake n’ Bacon before sleeping. Next morning the clock automatically presents it all cooked up. The clock gets to work 10 minutes before the desired waking time. These 10 minutes are all that two halogen lamps will take to cook the strip of bacon. The appetizing scent of meat will surely wake up even the laziest of fellows; even if it’s only with the intention of devouring the thing and going back to sleep again. However, in case you wake up early to gain some fitness then Wake n’ Bacon alarm clock surely defeats the very purpose.
