Swan line of desks by Louis Beliveau
Anupam Agnihotri | Mar 8 2008

Louis Beliveau, a young Montreal designer, is finally out with his first six units of the Swan line of desks. Hopes are high that in the designing world it’s going to have great applause. Basically, this Swan line of desks has been created for Espace M - a strategic communications firm. Interestingly, the Swan concept takes its cue from The Ugly Duckling of Hans Christian Anderson. Under this concept, simple structured raw steel has just been coated with powder and assembled quite nicely to transform it into a refined masterwork of superb bearing. In order to provide them with great refinement, Coldroll steel has been folded digitally, providing it with an aesthetic touch and look. Moreover, it has been layered with HDF lacquered, which definitely adds to its comfort.

Thanks Louis Beliveau
