Inspired by the Pink Floyd Album “The Dark Side of the Moon,” the Pink Floyd chair by Argentine designer Candela Mosse is a stylish chair/ lounge that complementing the decor of contemporary apartments seems to stretch the continuity of the album. Devised as a project for an industrial design class at Universidad de Buenos Aires, the modern seating creates a relaxing environment by allowing different sitting or lying postures to the users. Finished with fiberglass, which allows an appropriate shape to support the human body comfortably, the Pink Floyd chair presents a closed curve that does not force the user to choose a particular seating position and also exudes a feeling of movement.
