Inspired by the Sydney Opera House, the “Opera” by Belgian architect Axel Enthoven is a trendy caravan (rather trailer) for modern nomads that presents a luxury vacation on the move. Slated to be displayed at the Design at Work trade fair in Kortrijk, from December 8 to 10, the canvas holiday home provides ample space for two beds (electrically adjustable), a toilet, hot and cold water, LED lighting and a mobile hob and barbecue for outdoor cooking. Made of hardwood, stainless steel and leather, the mobile holiday home also includes a wine cabinet, warm-air heating, espresso bar and an enclosed teak veranda. It comes equipped with a hi-tech navigation system, the Opera Guide, which tracks all the important places and restaurants in the surrounding area. The christened Opera, when opened, measures 7 x 3 x 3.5 meters (LWH), providing ample space to accommodate modern luxuries and make your vacation memorable.
