NEWAY: Solar-powered lamp harnesses its own energy
Naresh Chauhan | Oct 1 2009

You must have heard of the recycling of water, plastics and many other materials, but the lamp light, once used, is lost forever. Harnessing the energy emitted by the lamps, the “NEWAY” by Brazilian designer Helena Bueno is an innovative concept that not only collects sunlight but also recycles the lamp light to juice up your gadgets and relight lamps. Integrating photovoltaic panels that can be either moved to the direction of the energy emitted from the lamps or from daylight, the NEWAY stores energy to be reused and reduces over-dependence on non-renewable sources of energy, while reducing your monthly electricity accounts.

[Thanks Helena]

oi, olhem aí mais um projeto do Baíta Design. Paineis solares q podem captar tanto a luz do dia qto a luz emitida por nossas próprias lampadas.
