On first glance, I thought of this thing to be an interesting weighing scale design, but it turned out to be litterbin. Designed by Thoms & Nilsson, the Balance PK01 litterbin tries to encourage and inspire people to discard their waste in the waste basket rather than somewhere else. The Litterbin PK01 is made of diabas stone or concrete, oak wood and stainless steel. When you put some weight on one side of a weighing scale, the side goes down.
