Many of us require a well designed living space that could double up as office or home. The Kitahaus Pod is designed as a stand-alone accommodation or temporary office. It could also work as an interlink between the unique temporary or permanent living and working environments. The first built Kitahaus pods will be used at a school in Windermere. The Elleray Prep School would have 3 classrooms. The pod is built using timber and the passive ventilation allows for better air circulation. The pod also makes use of solar energy and is a sustainable living space. Since this project was mainly built for the school, students’ and school’s considerations are taken in to account. The pods legs are adjustable and could be set up even in woody and sloping areas. It also comes with two glazed ends and a balcony and costs 95,000 Pounds.

mobile house or office?!! i think im gonna like that,,it would be a practical option for small businesses who cannot afford to rent or buy their own lot..all they need are car repair books for its maintenance..
