External Frame Structure relives the Fiat Multipla
Naresh Chauhan | Oct 30 2009

Designed for a competition at the Canadian Auto Show, the External Frame Structure (E.F.S.) by Italian designer Andrea Spaggiari is vehicle concept that featuring an innovative frame structure seems to be the new Fiat Multipla. The vehicle is divided in two parts, the outer cage and the interior capsule, which can be interchanged to meet the needs of different users. Accommodating up to six passengers comfortably, the EFS runs on a hydrogen fuel cell that powers four in-wheel motors and allows a safe and sustainable ride. The interior is so simple yet functional that the users can adjust or even detach it according to their needs. And a vibrant color scheme (both interior and exterior) gives it a typical Italian look. In short, the External Frame Structure is a modular vehicle that bends to the changing needs of the modern user.
