Electric Taxi Car for safe and sustainable commutation on city roads
Naresh Chauhan | Oct 12 2009

Inspired by the popular Eastern transports named “Rickshaw,” Portuguese designer David Vidal has come up with the electric version of the public transport system. Hailed as “Electric Taxi Car,” the new transport project is based on city mobility that provides safe and sustainable commutation to the users in crowded urban environments. Users are required to pay an annual fee to hire the electric vehicles for city transportation. Though the transport system is quite similar to Barcelona´s Biking (bicycles available to citizens in strategic points) system, the Electric Taxi Car providing an eco-friendly ride gives a whole new face to the urban public transportation.
