Computer mouse come in all shapes and sizes. But for a device that is to be used so frequently, ergonomics become the main concern sooner or later. Check out this concept for a computer mouse on d-vision. Tagged: ‘City Mouse and Village Mouse,’ this concept looks very different from the ones that we normally use. Shaped like an irregular rock, this design claims to map the intuitive movements of the user as input. These are utilized to manipulate 2D or 3D objects in virtual space of the computer. It uses our knowledge of how to move objects in the real world to move cursor on screen. The replication of natural motion helps in prevention of muscle and tendon injuries. The concept envisages a wireless mouse that can be used from virtually any corner of the mouse, thereby further facilitating operations.
