Inspired by bikes and cycling, especially Le Tour de France 2009, Brazilian designer Helena Bueno teaming up with Heinz Muller has devised a seating unit that brings the beauty of the bicycles and the vibrant color of the cyclists’ attire to your home. Entitled “Chain,” the furniture features the structure finished in chromed stainless steel and aluminum tubes, while the sitting surface is cushioned by high density molded foam, allowing optimum comfort to the users. Measuring 150 x 60 x 40 cm, the bicycle seating is available in marine blue, deep blue, dijon yellow, light yellow and other combinations of colors. The chain furniture not only gives a vibrant color option to match the interior of varied living spaces, but also gives an artistic look to the decor.
