Buell Blade motorbike explores the Buell brand
Naresh Chauhan | Nov 10 2009

Exploring the Buell brand and its American heritage, designer Brad Mitchell, a design student at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, has come up with a motorbike concept that runs on hubless wheels to remove bulky wheel hubs, brake discs and calipers, making it lightweight and easy to control. Hailed as the “Buell Blade,” the futuristic motorbike touts a stylized frame that elegantly conceals the shaft-drive mechanism and front forks. Powered by a V-twin engine, the Buell Blade is quite similar to a supermoto style bike and features a minimalist front fairing and short and high tail section.
