A-cero, an urban design firm based in Spain, are coming out with 3,000 luxury villas, 3 hotels, and 4 golf courses with a plan to have a settlement of high environmental quality, which has native vegetation. It would be interesting to note that some of these villas would be having an interior design that allows interesting play of light, shadow, color and rhythm, created with selected top-quality materials and what better way to relax than to have a golf course close to you that would allow the family to come together.
This would be in the coastal district of Cumayasa in the Dominican Republic. They plan to add water sports, tennis, and ecotourism to its 1,400 hectares. One element that is not used too much is glass, due to the local weather and high temperatures, which seems to be a good idea since we don’t want glass breaking up when those storms come in. Overall, Joaquin Torres, came up with a good idea cause some buildings have curved roofs while others have curved walls which helps each villa get its own look. You really do not want to be going into the wrong house when you come back from those vacations.
